This time at the Bridge Inn, Debbie Marsden clocked up her 4th win of the season over the 5k distance, clocking a time of 17.36. Emma D'Alton was hot on her heels mind, with a big PB of 17.48. In the mens race, Anthony Glover finished 9th in 17.02, with Colin Johnson running 18.28, Bob Pringle 18.28, Steve Hawes 18.32 and Graham Clark 18.50. Sophie Voller, returning from injury, ran 19.24, Tony Jefferies 19.53, Debbie Cleary 20.13 and John Pringle 23.23.
