Decisions, decisions, decisions...

All you race fans have a veritable feast of choice awaiting you tomorrow, as three local races of very different types take place.

First off, we have the final Weston Prom Run taking place over 5m on the promenade in Weston super Mare - hopefully there will be a few fewer bikers than last month. For the Harriers Matt Ellis will be looking to wrap up the Senior Mens prize, with the team an outside bet for team glory for the third year running.

If you fancy a slightly shorter event, then the White Horse 5k is taking place up near Gloucester. A definite PB course, it is a single loop and very, very flat!

Finally for you fans of off-road the annual Black Horse Dash, up and over the Tickenham Ridge takes place, from the Black Horse in Clapton-in-Gordano, raising money for the charity Holding out Hope.

Hopefully see plenty of Harriers at one or other of them!
