Early news in from the Bristol 10k and it seems that the thirties were popular with today's runners! First home for the club was Matt Ellis who ran close to 32.30, nearly a minute ahead of John Collier, who made a welcome return to racing with 33.30. Then it was Emma D'Alton who smashed he personal best in a time of 35.32. Robin Phillips ensured the theme continued with a time of 36.30 and Lizzy Smith also broke her PB to run a time of 38.33.
A full report later as the results come in.
